Saturday 24th October 2026 The Art of Meditation & Self Empowerment This is a class that is suitable for everyone. We will look at how meditation can help with our own personal growth and development. We will use the technique of “Sitting in the Power” which will highlight how our own power can assist in facilitating our own healing, empower us further, add confidence and genuinely renew our passion and thirst for life. The exercises we use will strengthen our own intuition and sharpen our awareness and sensitivity, which can be so helpful in our everyday life. We will also look at our own power and the responsibility in the way we use it. How we inspire others and how we can empower ourselves to feel more motivated. (There will be a short break for lunch, bring pen & paper for notes. )
