Building a relationship with Spirit is the fundamental principle for the basis of all spiritual development and is good spiritual practice. Regular blending with the power of Spirit will help to refine your connection with Spirit. The more we make a habit it of it, the greater the connection we will have, it will naturally strengthen. Throughout the course of the day we will explore techniques that will enable and enrichen not only your connection to Spirit but will enhance your well-being within your own Spirit, assisting in personal growth and development. If you would like to expand your awareness, sharpen your senses, be more in tune with your own Spirit and build a beautiful connection with your spirit guides– then this is where you need to be.
